New spark plugs and coil packs, and a carbon cleaning on 2019 VW Golf.  This place is highly recommended for VWs…there were about 5 in the shop when I picked up my vehicle.  Jason communicated well throughout the day, texted me pictures of the worn plugs, and recommended other services before moving forward. Jason went above and beyond for me when I was struggling to sort out getting a pre-purchase inspection and a RWC for a car that was out in Woodend. Even offering to pick up and drop off the car from the owner for me. He made sure to squeeze me in for the RWC before a long weekend so I could get back on the road after my previous car had died. He was honest and upfront and I never felt like I was being taken for a ride.  The only downside is that he is located in Sunbury and I’m in Reservoir otherwise Startamotive would 1000% be my regular mechanic.
